Good news.

Can you post the change log?

Re: SmartView updates available for Mac and Windows - 12/10

I recently updated to Sprint SmartView Version #2.28.0082.0, and now, my browser keeps freezing. I thought it was a browser problem, so I deleted the browser, then downloaded a new copy, and re-installed it. That didn't work. Why is the browser freezing?

Sprint Moderators:

As noted in this thread below (http://community.sprint.com/baw/thread/24221?tstart=0), there is 3G but not 4G support for Mac on this Smartview update (for the U300). Are plans being made to roll another version of the software which will support 4G? I know that I, for one, was promised full Mac support in the coming weeks when I picked mine up several weeks ago...

Any information would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Re: SmartView updates available for Mac and Windows - 12/10

The U300 and the U301 are very similar in architecture, so it might be possible.  I'm exploring some different possibilities to see if I can make this happen.  Assuming the chipset is the same, I would think it would be in the realm of possibility.  I know we have many customers that are waiting on this, so I'll move as quickly as I can to find a possible work-around.

As far as an official fix, I have not heard anything as of yet regarding a date.  If I learn anything official, I'll be sure it makes it to the community.
