I cannot logon on through the 3G service, it is grayed out in my Smartview. I have tried every possible way to Enable it, I guess I will have to call. BOO.
The 4G service is not that great in my area and I never had problems with the 3G access, but I am very frustrated that the 3G access is gone.
Has anyone else had this?
It sounds like a hardware issue. Have you you tried calling Dell. The number is (800) 915-3355.

Are you seeing mobile radio off? F2 on the dell will turn your mobile radio back on.
