Hi, Wondering if anyone else has seen the SmartView software freezing up, crashing and generating error messages on your computers log? I contacted Sprint and will see what they suggest - they are usually quite good. I am not sure if I have a lemon USB device or if this is just not the device for me. When working over the past 5 months, I typically get 10-15 minutes of use before it crashes and I need to restart the software. It has not been useful for a home/mobile internet for me. Any others with similar experiences or advice on how to fix it? I would prefer to resolve versus cancel but may not have a choice.
