Does your Broadband and GPS lights stays solid?.If you have blinking green light on mobile. Couple of basic troubleshooting things I would suggest you to do. Just unplug from the power cable and plug it back(simple reset) and wait for 15-20 mins and check if Airave lights goes Solid or you can reset the Airave device and try again. The ideal connection should be from Modem-Airave-Router(if you've one).If everything is correct still mobile blinking lights. I would ask you to call Airave tech support and have someone do Either Mac Filtering/Port Forwarding or set up DMZ.
