The Sprint Magic box really is magical. It's the world's first all-wireless small cell, and that's a beautiful thing for businesses and consumers alike. Best of all, it won't interfere with your Wi-Fi signal – so you'll never have to worry about complicating your existing system by installing the Sprint Magic Box.

 

Regardless of what size home you have, the Sprint Magic Box will boost your signal throughout your space. In fact, just one Magic Box can cover, on average, 30,000 square feet of indoor space, and will even extend coverage up to 100 meters (328 feet) outdoors. So, unless you live in a mini-mall, just one box will be plenty.

This Sprint Magicbox is great. Even though im only 2.8 miles from the closest signal tower, in a motorhome, my signal was horrible and kept getting knocked offline. After fighting with my hotspot device for almost a month, calling tech support just about every day for almost 3 weeks, AND swapping out my hotspot unit, and MANY factory resets, customer service suggested i get their "Magicbox". The shipping only took 3 days and i received it via UPS.

After setting it up and letting it boot itself and finding the right window in my RV to put it in, IT WORKS GREAT!!!!!. I've been able to get and STAY online all night and all day today so far. It REALLY boosted the signal. Where i had only 1-2 bars, I now have ALL the bars lit up and the speed is EXCELLENT. I have NO complaints about this unit. If you live in an area that has a weak signal i DEFINITELY recommend contacting Sprint and asking them to send you one of these Magicboxes.

omg this is me!!!
except that for 3 months the connection was fine on my R850 hotspot, last 2 weeks I get maybe 2 or 3 hours of internet then poof, calling tech support on a daily basis

this device works with the R850 hotspot?

Why Sprint unwilling to use Automatic pay that it always used to get paid for ligitimate charges in any Sprint account I’ve ever had and it is just one account? Instead Sprint is harassing me and my family with a collection. How could you cut our services for loosing a dispute of dollars ? How could you just refrain from getting paid by using the auto pay then claim the bill was unpaid ? How could you be so unethical ? How could be so deceptive in your sales ? Sprint lost a small dispute with our credit card bank . To revenge , sprint cut all our services for a family sign 3 children and elderly dependent with disability  and very ill person . Despite Sprint has authorization to get paid for the amount it sees legitimate as always before , no Sprint chose to not get paid after it cut off services and waited  months to be able to harass us with collection . Sprint harassing us became a terror . The account never been late and our credit account for the auto pay always has 3 times available what Sprint is alleging needed to be paid to them . Sprint must be ashame , Shane on you Sprint Executives. All stated herein is to then writer current state belief , knowledge and understating and it is subject to anything by him only at any time without waiving his rights . This is to show the public how Sprint treating customers with disabilities or those taking care of them . Unfairly Sprint treated our family . So shame on you Sprint .
