Fxtec Pro1 Activation

Hello, I am looking how to get the new Fxtec Pro 1 (https://www.fxtec.com/) physical keyboard phone activated for Sprint. The device supports the following which should support Sprint's networks:

Global LTE (FDD+TDD), WCDMA/UMTS, CDMA/EVDO, GSM/EDGE
Cellular Bands;
GSM: 2, 3, 5, 8
WCDMA: 1, 2, 4, 5, 8
CDMA/EVDO: BC0, BC1
TD-SCDMA: 34/39
TDD-LTE: 38/39/40/41(100mhz)
FDD-LTE: 1, 2/25, 3, 4, 5/26, 7, 8, 12/17, 13, 19, 20, 28

(Or from the FCC testing: https://apps.fcc.gov/eas/GetApplicationAttachment.html?id=4458181)

It is an Android device and has recently been released. Is there an engineering team I can work with to the get the device approved and if so how many (any?) test units would need to be provided?

Hi! For a device that you're bringing to our network, we must determine if it's compatible. The only way to do so is by checking the IMEI/MEID number, which can be done through this link; http://sprint.co/2iDtfpL

How does one get added to that list? The phone manufacturer is quite helpful at working with carriers for approvals. I am looking to understand how one works with Sprint on the acceptance for that list as the phone does not -- yet -- appear there. (Sadly there are no physical keyboard sporting phones on that list for those of us who need physical keyboards for accessibility.)

That says:

"Good news!

You should have a great experience using your own phone with T-Mobile—it has features that typically perform well on our network."

However, the Sprint voice response system says an error occurred when I try to add it to my account. The store was able to provide me a SIM card for it though they too got an error adding it suggesting I talk to "Sprint Corporate".

For those watching, I sent a PM to have the phone's MEID added. If successful, I'll accept the answer, otherwise I'll update with the result.
