Hi! If the device is lock, the current or former Sprint customer will need to contact us for the unlock. We need authentication to validate stuff like financial obligation, account status and length of time activated to our network. Please review our Unlocking Policy here; http://sprint.co/2HF8FlH . The only thing we'll be able to do without authentication, is verify if it's lock or not.
Well the thing the seller only sold the phone its not his so I don't think he would be able to get the account from who ever activated the phone. Is there any other way I could unlock it?
