I requested a sim unlock for my Moto e5 play. I received an email confirming that it was unlocked successfully. I opened settings and performed PRL update, profile update, and UICC unlock. The UICC unlock step says that the phone is locked to only support Sprint. Other sims do not work. Customer service insists that it is unlocked already and that there is nothing they can do. Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions?
