No data connection to new pixel 4

Just did an at home activation of the Pixel 4. And it is not connecting to data. I've done all the basic steps (turned phone off and on), checked that mobile data is on, updated my data profile. I used the downloaded sim card as opposed to the physical sim card I had in my Galaxy s7 because when I put that in the pixel it said the sim card was locked. 

 

Is something broken? Did I miss a step? Do I need to just buy a new sim card? Anyone have any ideas?

Hello! I'll need to make sure the SIM that you have on the phone is the one that we have registered in our system and we can go from there. Send me a private message with the account holder's name, phone number, security PIN or the answer to the security question along with the SIM card number of the Pixel, click on my name and select "send a message".
