I am having the same issue and I have contacted Google fi maybe three times, Sprint about eight times by phone, and about three times over chat. I'm at my wit's end! the amount of times they have tried to get me to stick with Sprint and just try to sell me on cheaper services is absurd, I just want to unlock my phone!!! is there anyone on the technical support team who can help me with this? I see that other people have been helped in this thread.
Hello! Couple of questions, were you confirmed by us that your device is unlocked? Was there a case number, ticket number provided to you? Keep in mind that based in our unlock policy, Sprint makes no guaranty that an unlocked device will work on another carrier's network. Whether another carrier will accept and activate a device is subject to that carrier's policies and capabilities. Additionally, Sprint devices which the owner has attempted to reprogram or activate on another carrier's network or otherwise altered from its initial programming or settings may not be able to be reactivated on the Sprint network.
