I purchased a pixel 3a and haven't been able to set up the device. The device doesn't like my old SIM card so I am trying to use the digital SIM option. I am able to sign into my sprint account and receive the confirmation code. After pressing "Swap Number" on the Choose a number to swap screen, I receive an error 1398. - 1398. Any idea what this means?
I've also called Sprint customer service and they recommended going into a store but the stores around me are closed.
