Unlock essential phone

I am not sure why the other carriers SIM won't work. I am showing this device as completely unlocked. I even ran it through ATTs checker, and it comes up good to use.

Some phones work with some carriers, and some don't. Even if they are the same phones. The phone you are trying to use is unlocked. We can't make it work on another carrier.

That does not make sense. Essential phone supposed to work any carrier. I believe still Sprint problem.

Sprint really bad for unlocking the phone, I spend so much time, but nothing happened. My phone still locked!
