I forgot passcode to listen to voicemail. How can I change it?
1)You can call customer care by dialing *2 from you sprint cell phone.
2)You can log into sprint.com> my preferences> under "things i can manage online" click on change voicemail passcode> click reset> save.
every time you reset you voicemail passcode it will reset to the last 7 digits of your phone number. ex: phone number 123/456-7890 passcode would be: 4567890
