Help! Getting "unregistered SIM card" while traveling in Switzerland!

I need help.  I am American on a business trip in EU.   My Motorola V555 worked fine when I landed in Switzerland earlier thsi week, but since Tuesday I get unregistered SIM message -- and no service.  So cannot make or receive any calls.  I had read on a blog about rebooting the phone, but haven't had any success trying to fix.  I tried a   Motorola phone blog and moderater says somehow Sprint has not registered my SIM card.

I need my phone for this 2 week trip.  PLEASE any advice?

Re: Help! Getting "unregistered SIM card" while traveling in Switzerland!

I don't know much personally about international traveling with a Sprint phone. There is a specific department that deals with just that.

I would recommend chatting in with an Int'l rep on Sprint.com, or calling the international department to get the quickest answer.

Traveling Internationally with Sprint Wireless service:
1-888-226-7212, option 2
While Traveling:
+1-817-698-4199, option 3
