The Photon Q we have will work for a while, then it won't turn on at all for a few days. We plug it in to the charger the whole time it's not turning on to see if it will charge and maybe turn back on but it doesn't seem to help. The charger works great for the other phones in the house and there are no issues. Does anyone else have this problem and what can be done without insurance?
Thank you for the post, I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with your device. Have you attempted a soft reset for the device? If not, press and hold the down volume key and the power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. After that hold the power key and try to power the device on. If the device does not turn on try charging it for 5 more minutes, then try turning the device on again.
If that does not help, I recommend bringing your device to a Sprint service and repair center. Without insurance they can look at and service your device by paying a one-time fee of $50.
