My text messages are not being received and no one at Sprint knows what's wrong. I've tried all the resets and updates there is, but nothing helps. I'm not happy at all with the service I'm paying for...
Ditto. Also, at various times I haven't been receiving incoming calls or voicemail messages. Phone support says my device is the problem; taken into Sprint store for service twice, and they tell me it's not the phone. Arghhh!
