When I click on My preferences on the sprint website & then select block voice under limits & permissions for my number. I get a pop up message saying ... "WE ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING YOUR LAST TRANSACTION, COME BACK AFTER 15 mins"
I have checked my phone settings & WiFi calling is turned OFF.
