Blocking Voice Option not working.

When I click on My preferences on the sprint website & then select block voice under limits & permissions for my number. I get a pop up message saying ... "WE ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF COMPLETING YOUR LAST TRANSACTION, COME BACK AFTER 15 mins"

 

I have checked my phone settings & WiFi calling is turned OFF.

 

 

Please help!!

Hey there. What are you looking to block, specifically? A particular number, all numbers, inbound, outbound, etc.

Trying to block select phone numbers incoming/outgoing under the voice permissions @OldGreg_Sprint
