Can't log into my account because the verification code is being sent to my broken phone.
I need it to be sent to my email on account, permanently if possible so this doesn't happen again.
Need this resolved asap as I've been without a phone for a week and today my new plan changes go into effect. Looking to potentially upgrade and need access to my account
Hi @GeorgeJ_Aviles! If your device is broken and there are no other SMS capable devices on the account, you can get set up to receive the Verification Code via email. I'll send you a Private Message to assist you.
Hi! If you have another phone line on your account, you can choose that line to receive the verification code. Let me know if that's an option for you. Is there anything I can help with, account related, in the mean time?
