Can't add authorized user via website: chat not available

I am trying to add a new authorized user via the website.  I can get to the correct screen.  Push the add delegate button. Put in all the information without trouble, however when I click save, nothing happens.  I have also tried modifying an existing authorized user and the save button doesn't work then either.  The cancel button still works properly.  HELP!  The user is heading to store without a phone and I need to get this authorization done ASAP!

You are doing everything correctly. I would try clearing out your cookies and cache, or trying another browser.

I attempted in both Chrome and Internet Explorer.  Thanks!

Were you able to get it to go on there? I know after any account changes it can take up to 15 minutes to make the changes completely.
