I can’t creat an account for my device

I purchased a hotspot almost two years ago. I have been paying via auto monthly pay the whole time and just recently decided to try and look up my account. It turns out I never up an online account, so when I tried recently I got the following error message:

  • Hmmmm…your transaction cannot be completed at this time, please close your browser and try again later.                                

Well after 30 minutes on chat and then followed up by 45 mins on the phone with customer service I still can’t creat this account!


I’ve tried via Chrome, IE, Firefox, and finally Safari. No luck. 

Does anyone have a solution for this? I’ve found this issue come twice before on this board but the solution offered on those isn’t even listed. Lol!!!


I used my account #, then phone number of the hotspot, and the SN all to no avail and I get the error for each.
