I have 3 lines with sprint. My line I suspended because my job provided me with a phone. I still have the spriny account for my 2 teens. A few mons ago they got into the sprint account and changed all the admin info to their phone numbers and email address...it doesnt help that my 1 son and I have the same name. I haven't been able to go online to access the account since then. Premium content has been ordered but I cannot even see which phone ordered it and they blame each other. Now main email is my sons and I will take any suggestions and yes I know my boys are out of control.
Wow, this is not something I've dealt with yet. Do they not realize that you don't have to pay the bill, and then they won't have phones? So that I'm clear on everything, they have changed the PIN and the security answer?
