Sprint Family, for the most part, we have resolved the majority of issues that were causing customers to have to reset their passwords every time they logged in to Sprint.com. I am now closing down this thread. If you are being asked to reset your password every time you log in, you can create a new thread here. Please keep in mind, password resets are not the same as the 2 factor authentication process (where you may be asked to retrieve a passcode from a text message). Many activities performed on Sprint.com will require that you go through 2-Factor Authentication as part of our additional fraud prevention practices. This is not a system issue and cannot be disabled.
