Jocelyn D.: I can see it here that we don't have any balance on the account and great news because we have a credit balance of $59.33 that i'm seeing now on the account.

You: Ifd I have a balance of 0, and a credit of 98.63 how do i still owe 39.60?
Jocelyn D.: My apologies,please disregard the information that you received and nothing to worry there is current balance on the account.
 
You: but it says if i dont pay it I will be penalized
Jocelyn D.: I can assured and guaranteed you that there is no balance at all on the account and the credit balance that i'm seeing will automatically apply on the next cycle which is $59.33
 
You: and how can you s98.63 I have a credit of $59.33 but my page says a credit of

Jocelyn D.: I'm sorry please refresh your system and the information that i'm providing you are all correct upon checking on the account now.
 
You: I have refreshed it this morning and several times after work it stays the same
Jocelyn D.: There is no $98.63 credit that i'm seeing on the account .

Jocelyn D.: I understand,I'm sorry you're speaking to specialist right now and as I mentioned recently all the information that i'm providing are all correct and i don't want to mis inform you.
 
You: so Im supposed to beleive what you tell me not what i see with my own eyes that is messed up

You: I have also re started my computer and re logged in to the website before i chatted with you Im no novice
Jocelyn D.: Honestly speaking on the current bill we have $188.62 and since we return the device we got credit back for amount of 4247.95,we will remove the $188.62 on the given credit the remaining on it will be $59.63

Jocelyn D.: I'm really sorry if were seeing different information on your web,as i mentioned recently the information that we have on the system are all correct and current.
 
Jocelyn D.: Another Good News! To show our appreciation for your excellent payment history we are waiving the $7.99/mo. Spending Limit Program Charge going forward.
 
You: i expect my account info to be current and correct especially with all the screw ups I have dealt with from Sprint in the last few months. If I cannot trust sprint to be accurate then what should i do? Contact my local consumer reporters to find out why?
You: How am I supposed to trust that you and ony you can see correct info when I am supposed to have it in front of me?
Jocelyn D.: I highly suggest and recommend to visit one of our nearest sprint store in that way you can personal see the information that i'm providing you.
 
Jocelyn D.: In that way we can manually see the information about the credit available on the account.
 
You: your stores are why i am in this mess I will never go back to them
Jocelyn D.: My apologies for the inconveniences that have caused you and i truly respect and honor whatever decision you have.
 
You: I suggest that you start a complete overhaul of the website so I can trust it. I will be posting this on you community page and facebook page so folks can see it.
You: along with my screenshots to prove that I am correct
Jocelyn D.: I was able to set up now the $7.99 ASL fee waived on the account Because you have made 12 consecutive on-time payments,
 
You: and that does not fix the issue at all

You: so my own eyes deceive me haha that is such crap

What the hell is going on Sprint?? Why is the info they see so completely different from what I see with my own eyes? How am I supposed to trust them at all?

Has anyone else had this problem?

We can get into the account, and check out what is all going on. Sounds like you have a credit on the account, but it's applying to services and not leases. We can double check to make sure. Send me a PM.
