I recently ordered a phone and went to set up my account. No matter how I try to register it always directs me to an old account. I have been on the phone and they said they had to get rid of old account. Supposed to get a callback, have not. Got an email today saying my bill was online. Bill amount is wrong so want to go online and check but without my new account working can't do it. Help please, Thank you, Mike.
