Unable to access account

So I've been trying to access my account online and haven't been able too. I tried looking up by phone number for my username and it saying there is no username connected to number. When I try using my number to create a new account it is saying there is already a username attached to phone number. I'm not sure what I can do. I had My fiance sign into her account at shes the account owner and she isn't able to access anyone to give access to the account. I used to be able to sign in and now I can't.

Good morning. Let me see what's going on. When was the last time you logged in? Did you try to reset your password/username?

The last time I logged in was maybe a month ago. I've tried to find my username but it says no username found with my number. I'm unable to reset password as it gives me no such username.
