sim card locked please power cycle the device

So my old phone broke so i has a back Up phone ame just put my sim card in it but it says "the network díd not respond in time. The SIM card has locked. Please power cycle the device and if the problem persists contact costomer  service." Please fix it.

I'd be happy to help you out. In order for the phone to work on your account, I would need to perform a swap. Also, the sim has to be compatible with the replacement phone, but no worries, I can check it out for you. I'm going to private message you to get some account info.
