I have been trying to log in to mysprint account. It says owner restricted online access to this account. Ive called Sprint customer care, Sprint fraud, chatted with sprint reps and even gone to a sprint store. Nobody been able to figure out why its showing blocked. Sprint fraud deleted myonline account so i could create a new one. I still get same error message. I need access to mysprint so i can release my account to my wife and keep my same # while merging accounts.
