Poor LTE service past month

I've had poor LTE service ( < 2 mb down) for the past month. 20815, cross streets are Wisconsin Ave NW andWillard Ave

Inside or outside, it doesn't make a difference. I live alone so I don't know if it is impacting anyone else

Understood! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? Also, what's the make and model of your phone?

I've tried restarting my phone, doing a carrier update, downloading a new version of iOS.

I have an iPhone 6S 16GB

I've also tried resetting my network settings

Look deeper into what?  That your network is awful and most users who switch to Sprint from other services are appalled at the service/coverage.  Lol, keep on "looking."
