10/23/2012 4+ hour total outage for the entire Western United States
I see that the thread on this has been deleted, most likely. I can't find it.
We still don't have an answer about what happened when the service (voice and data) went out for at least 4 hours out west. And we have no credit to our accounts for lack of service for that day from Sprint either.
Does any Sprint Representative want to attempt to explain what happened and let the Western Half of The US know when we will be seeing a credit on our bills for a complete outage?
