3g speeds for the last week have been very poor with frequent Error 104 messages. Outages have been reported and NEB tickets have been open for about a week. Any idea what to expect in terms of these getting resolved?

Thank you. First one looks suspect as we are 200 miles from Six Flags. That said, Speedtest-type tests are showing 20-30 kbps download speeds and it actually feels much slower. This isn't 3g.
timbollama1- I'm sorry that you're having issue with the Voice and Data service. I checked your service coverage and there is a Network Ticket opened for the cell site issue. Our engineers are working on to make sure issue is resolved ASAP.
