I have had the Evo 4G for about 7 months now and I wanted to state just how worthless your 4G coverage is. I live across from Cherry Creek State Park (80015) and i can get spotty 4G coverage 2 blocks in any direction, but not at my house. The coverage map appears to give me the finger every time I look at it. Overall, I've only gotten 4G 4-5 times and I'm thinking $10/month is a bit much for the idea that 4G is available sometimes, somewhat near me...
made the mistake of touching inside the box there. Anyhow, I have seen verification of customers no longer being charged for 4G service, and I'm curious why i haven't stopped being charged for your inferior 4G service. Will 4G become more prevalent where I live? If so, when? Are there plans to switch to LTE from whatever it is you call 4G currently? Albeit a simple firmware upgrade to switch, if you dont make it an option, will I be issued a new device of my choosing, free of charge?
