Had great signal strength at our house until 2 or 3 weeks ago. Now my wife and I, both sprint costumers, have little to no signal. We can't make or receive calls within our home and if we do they are dropped within seconds. Her mother is ailing and this is a horrible time to worry about a "my phone didn't ring" or dropped call. On top of this I am being ostracized for switching us from US Cellular to Sprint.
Well, you are the first ones that do not have any current, or schedule data/voice/vision upgrades going on your area according to https://network.sprint.com/search/53589/ which takes you directly to the towers in your area.
Since, within the last six months data upgrades/vice services have been update.. have you updated your preferred roaming list AKA PRL Update? If not you will want to do that, when you have pretty well service ... this should help you ...
