I wasn't having any issues with my Galaxy S3 at home until a month ago. For about a month now, I can't get a signal at home in the afternoon during the week and the phone says me the mobile network is unavailable. First thing in the morning, late at night, it seems to be OK and it seems to work fine everywhere else. I'm guessing this is a capacity issue near the Carnivale Restaurant at Fulton/Union. Anybody know what's going on?
I work in this area and couldn't make or receive calls all day on Monday and Tuesday. Luckily my contract is up soon so I ordered a Google Nexus 4 yesterday and am going contract-free with Straight Talk for $45 unlimited data/voice next month. I've had it with Sprint.
You are correct in thinking that it is a capacity issue. We are working on getting it resolved. If you go to your Settings and do a Profile update and a PRL update it may help your phone pick up signal. I hope this helps. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out to us.
