So I just spent another 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. Last night I was told that the matter should be resolved by early afternoon, today I was told that there was no scheduled end date available and someone would call me back later with my options. How is this even happening? Come on Sprint, brand loyalty will only keep so many with you, and you lost another one today.
