Me and my girlfriend both have Sprint and have called customer service numorus times and cant get a strait answer on why our coverage map says we should have excellent service but have worst service than i have ever had... no bars or roaming, droped calls and little to no data. We pay almost $100 dollars a month each for service we dont get. What gives, I need to get some answers from someone!
