Credit on Account for Bad Service

Credit on Account for Bad Service

  I have spoken with over three Sprint customer service reps about my network dropping calls. Each time I was told that I would receive credit on my account and I have not. I am also still having dropped calls in my area and I am finding this very frustrating because I am being told that a tower is being repaired with no estimate time when It will be repaired. Please help me solve my frustrations because I don't want to have to leave Sprint. Thanks
