Hi I also work in this area not to far from the University and this has always been an issue with sprint.I to understand Efsie frustration. Service has never work correctly in this area. Constant call drop, little to no signal and no data connection. This issue needs to be fixed soon! There is little to no coverage in this area. Someone there at sprint needs to do a full research into all the towers they have up in the Richardson/ Dallas area. Why is this taking so long and all the run arounds?
