Data NOT Working- New York Area

Since about 6pm my data has notworked although I have full bars and can make and receive call as well as texts.... HOWEVER I CANNOTuse facebook the Internet or any app that has to do with using data!!! HELP someone please I have contacted sprint and they have done all they could to reset the data on my phone but nothing is working is there an outage all over New York??

Hello!  Sorry you are having problems with your data in the NY area.  There was a fiber optic cable cut in that area impacting New York; Sprint and the local line owners are working to resovle the issue - I don't have an update yet but we are aware of the issue.
