Dear Sprint...Last Call, Last Chance after 10+ years

After 10+ years our relationship is about to end and the only solution (again) via tech support is more money out of my pocket for a service you can't seem to provide. Strange how I pay my bills consistantly over the last ten years and you provide fair to no coverage for me at my home.  I'm thinking it's not a fair exchange and pretty one sided. So grateful my contract is over and I have freedom to go 'rule the air' elsewhere. If you're a sprint rep and actually care or may have a soultion, don't hesitate...cuz...I plan to make my final call to you soon. Nothing personal...it's actually all business and you're not providing me with a service...just taking my money.
