If you do a Google search "sprint LTE rollout guru" there is a website that is tracking all the federal paperwork on our LTE buildout and then publishing it ahead of Sprint announcing it. Our marketing department will not announce it until it is almost ready so there is not confusion about where it is and when it will be available. It is normal for customers to pick up intermittent 4G during the buildout but the full spectrum is not allocated until it is announced. At least you know it is getting close. Network updates are also posted to network.sprint.com
