Yesterday was one of the WORST service days I've ever experienced as a 12-year Sprint customer. Text messages wouldn't go thru (took 3-4 retries), iMessages wouldn't go thru, but surprisingly they all went thru now as my friends are reporting getting texts from me that I sent 12 hours ago. Calls are being dropped, or the phone doesn't even ring at all.
I am in sales, and I use my phone as my primary communication between my customers and myself. And I know I'm missing calls from them, which means lost business and revenue for me, which I'm not happy about.
There were 3 open issues several weeks ago, that no one from Sprint could give an estimate on when we could expect to be fixed. Even though, there have been numerous issues that have been reported since last summer, I guess when you live in small-town America and not a major city, you get pushed off and swept under the rug.
I want answers on these issues below, and I want to know when they'll be fixed. Otherwise, I'll expect an answer on how you justify charging me for a service that you can't seem to provide on a consistent basis:

Where are you experiencing the problems? Inside of your home, outdoors while driving, or inside and outside of a specific location? The best possible idea is to use a business very near your location – and let us know if you are North or South etc from that location – and approximately how far from it.

Problems were both inside and out. The inside locations are traditionally places where I get a strong signal and have never experienced problems in the past. My iPhone read "o" instead of "3G" for most of the day, and even on my wifi signal, it would still freeze up and not send messages even though my other devices operated normally on it.

I've researched these locations, all but 3901 S. Eunice Highway, Hobbs, NM service mainly off the same tower. That tower has updates scheduled to complete.
Middle of March for voice services 03/18/2012 and end of March for data 03/31/2012
I also checked the last location 3901 S. Eunice Highway, Hobbs, NM and that site as well has updates scheduled for middle and end of March. We are actively working to improve the service for this area and you should see some improvements soon.
I'm in Los Angeles,,, and the service is terrible, the same problems you are having, we have them out here too, big city LOS ANGELES and we have terrible service in the past year.... i want to switch to another provider, i'm also loosing a lot of business.
