Since yesterday, no calls are coming in. They all are going straight to voicemail. It takes up to 15(!) attempts to connect to an outgoing call. Same amount of tries to send a text without a failed message. Is anyone from this area having the same issue and does anyone know when it will be fixed?
Im in 11233 BROOKLYN NY i have not being able to use my Nexus phone since Friday 2/3/12 since 8am. Did the factory reset, had the CS rep walk me thru the *# thingy and still nothing worked. also for some reason, a full battery doesnt keep a charge overnight since this started happening. Then i am told there is a problem with the towers but of couse they tell you what they tell you. est. time of fixing 24 to 48 hours. so this means sunday i am out of phone service.
To add insult to injury, this is another problem with 2 different phones within 3 months. I have been with sprint for so long, and never had any problems with service lost for more than a hour or dropped calls etc.
I blame that damnn iphone for coming to sprint. ever since then my phone service went to hellboy.

We have a voice issue in the 07036 zip code and it should be fixed by tomorrow.

It should be fixed by Monday.
I truly am sorry about the lack of service during this time. I know you all need your phones and service to work since you pay for it and in case of emergencies etc. If you call customer service please reference the ticket # 8621825 or # 8676633 depending on where you live.
Im having similar issues too with 2 nexus' and an evo 4g and im in Queens 11418 for the past 24 hours. I keep getting the network is busy signal unable to receive and make calls to anyone, it'll just go straight to voicemail.
