I live in North Miami Beach and I have been missing text messages and calls for four days now. I contacted Sprint about this on Jan 27 and was told that there was an outage in my area and repairs would be conplete by Jan 29. I still have the same problem. My phone is also rebooting every half hour and the only way to prevent this is to remain in WiFi. My friend also has Sprint service but he is not experiencing any outage or loss of service in our area. I am assuming this outage is only afftecting people who received the Evo 3D update on their phones recently which updated the radio. PLEASE HELP!
I do show that there is an cell site outage in your area with an ETR of 01/31/2012. Now I am not too sure if this outage has anything to do with your device since you are saying your phone is rebooting. You may want to take your phone into a service and repair center and get your phone tested.

Thank you for the quick reply. My phone reboots only when it is not on Wifi. This only started happening when the outage began. What is strange is that my friend who lives in my building has had no loss of service so that's why I think it is affecting higher end devices like mine differently. But thanks again for your help so far.
Has this ticket been updated again because I am still having the same missed calls and missed text messages problem and it has now been over a week? Do we know when this will be repaired at all?
They are just telling you what you want to hear. They are not doing anything to fix the problem. Millions of others are having the same problems and Sprint simply does not care.
