I just joined Sprint last week, but since I've had this new phone (HTC Evo Shift) I have not been getting my "text" alerts from my bank and credit cards, which I have always gotten with all other cell phones/cell companies. I've talked to dozens of different customer service reps, including tech support until I'm blue in the face!! So far, no one at Sprint can figure out why I'm not getting my text alerts. I receive text messages from other people, but just not the ones from my bank/credit cards. It's getting really frustrating....anyone else having issues with text messages. If so, let me know if you were able to have it resolved and HOW????
It sounds as if there maybe a block on the account which is preventing the message from going through. To check into this I will need further information on the account. I will send you a private message asking for the information I will need
