Phone says I have service, but can't make/send or receive calls or texts - 93463/93464
My iPhone 4s is showing that I have decent/average service, but when I try to make a phone call or send a text it is impossible. This is happening in only one town of the 3 town valley I live in (I live between both towns). This has been going on for the last 3 days. I have called Sprint tech support and Apple support 8 times each, and am told by Sprint every time it is Apple's fault. They don't seem to realize that this is happening to the other phones on my plan as well - both Blackberries, and a friend of mine is also having the same problem (has the Rumor). I am tired of Sprint support telling me it's Apple's fault when they fail to recognize I'm not the only affected person. They say there's no tower outages, and they always try to end the phone call when they don't know how to resolve this.
I'm very frustrated now, and I would like the service I'm paying for instead of currently paying for a paperweight when at home.
