Poor Interenet Service in Washington DC this week!
I returned to DC on Sunday morning and found that I cold not access most webpages using either 4G or 3G service with my Mifi. This happened again Monday night and was a bit better by 9:00 PM and last night the problem lasted for the whole night. I tried to call Sprint technical support, but waited for 15 minutes to be told that her "system was down" and to call back in about 30 minutes. I tried another call and was on hold for over 20 minutes and finally gave up.
What is going on in DC with this service? How do I get a refund for the lack of service that I have paid for?
