Normally, service is pretty good. This past weekend and into today it was awful! Can someone from Sprint confirm is this is being worked on?
To pay $80/month for an iPhone data plan and not be able to access Instagram, FB, Twitter, etc when I need to for work or otherwise is a big problem.

I've been having this problem since 8/13. I called on 8/20 and Sprint told me it would be fixed on 8/22. Still not fixed and now told 8/31. Some proactive (and correct) information from Sprint would be helpful instead of having to always call.

I'm currently on hold w a Sprint rep. I was told that the repair won't be made till 9/4. That's 18 days since I first reported the issue -- to make it worse, I've been on hold for like 30 minutes for a supervisor.
18 days with an outage in a major metro area is *really* bad, as is the customer service.
Yea this the second time in 2 days this has happened no calls no texts jus a brick using up electric. They better be hookin up LTE in NY for all this trouble
