Every time I am on a phone call the call gets dropped or the person on the other end says the service is “in and out”. I am new to sprint (prior Verizon customer) and find the cell service of sprint to cover far less areas than Verizon. Would really love to be able to have a phone conversation in my own home. Is that too much to ask???
Being able to use your phone, is very important. I've checked the map and the coverage is excellent. Have you reset the network settings or updated the data profile?
