Actually, this is close to strike 38. Your network actually makes me nostalgic for Comcast. I have been a customer for a while now, and nothing has improved. It's slower than ISDN and as reliable a Yugo. I'm glad you conned an award for your service, but I am not happy. I will be forced to sign up for DSL or Cable if you do not make improvements in Pompano by the end of the summer. Scratch that. I'm already dialing ATT.
Major problems: speed, reliability, the connection affects my computer in a bad way, no 4G, can't contact customer service (and when I do they pretend to search for problems in my area, find nothing, and tell me to get bent as politely as they can) and, finally, I'm paying double for half a connection. I'm so done with you.
Nothing improved. I have cancelled the 4G/3G connection card. I am also considering moving my phone account to another provider. Your network is a pile of garbage and your support has been terrible. But who am I kidding? You don't care.
