I have looked at the towers serving that location given both currently show they are working with in normal standards. The tower nearest you is carring about 1000 call per hour. What is happening, are you showing no service on the device? Are you getting an error message when you try to call? Are you unable to get data at this location?

When did this problem start. Does it happen indoors or out?
To make sure I understand if you move two blocks away from this location in any direction you get your service back. Is that correct. At two blocks away how many bars of service do you have? This is very strange given there is a tower .43 miles from the location. Is there any one else at this location that has a sprint device? If so do they have the same issue?
